KSU Reservations Portal

The Departments of Enrollment Services, Event and Venue Management, and Student Activities are excited to announce the launch of the new KSU Reservations Portal, the new academic scheduling and event management system, which will replace the current EMS system. The anticipated launch date is Monday, May 19.  The new scheduling tool will simplify booking rooms and organizing events with its intuitive search tools. It enables you to easily check space availability, submit event requests, and express schedule simple meetings with a responsive layout that adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

Transition Timeline

In preparation for this transition, EMS will not be accessible beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, and no new event requests can be submitted until the portal reopens for campus reservations on Monday, May 19.

What does this mean for events scheduled between April 28 – May 19?
All confirmed Faculty/Staff and RSO events, simple meetings, information tables, internal or external, will occur as scheduled. The points of contact for any events or meetings scheduled during this time will be contacted with this information before April 28.

What if I need to make changes to my event(s) scheduled during this time?
In all cases, we will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

How do I access the New KSU Reservations Portal on May 19??

On May 19, all users must complete required training before gaining access to the new portal. The training takes about 20 minutes and can be done on a desktop or mobile device.
