The Kennesaw Campus Facility Rates outlines the costs and policies associated with reserving university spaces for events, meetings, and academic functions. Additional charges for support staff, equipment rentals, and event services are also included to help you plan accurately and efficiently.

KSU Reservations

KSU Reservations serves as the essential tool for campus users to submit event requests to secure a venue for their event on campus. Once a venue is secured for an event, The Department of Event and Venue Management works with the event contact to coordinate other aspects of the event including setups, parking, audio and visual needs, etc.

This amazing event reservation tool lets users book a space on campus for simple meetings or an information table instantly.
