Starting Fall 2024, Faculty/Staff Meal Plans purchased during the fall semester will carry over any remaining entries as long as the employee is active at Kennesaw State University. Entries will only expire if the employee ceases employment with Kennesaw State University.

How to Purchase Faculty and Staff Meal Plan:


Payroll Deduction

Temporary Suspension of Faculty/Staff Payroll Deductions:
January 6  – January 13 

Both the Docusign and in-person faculty and staff payroll deduction forms will be temporarily unavailable from January 6 to January 13 in order to prioritize student-related requests at the start of the semester.

During this time, you can still purchase Meal Plans anytime using a credit or debit card through the Transact Mobile Ordering app.

The payroll deduction form  will reopen for submission on January 14. Thank you for your understanding as we focus on supporting students during this busy period.

To purchase a Meal Plan through payroll deduction, please fill out the this DocuSign contract and the Meal Plan Manager will process your request within 24-48 hours.

Once your Meal Plan is ready to use you will be notified via email. You may also stop by the Meal Plan office at The Commons or the front desk at Stingers to complete a payroll deduction form in person. If you run out of meal entries, you can purchase more anytime by filling out another deduction form.

Transact Mobile Ordering App

Follow the steps below to purchase your Faculty/Staff Meal Plan through the mobile ordering app. Please note that only Debit/Credit payments are taken through the mobile app. For Paycheck Deduction payments, please fill out the DocuSign or visit the Meal Plan Office.

  1. Download the Transact Mobile Ordering app
  2. Select Kennesaw State University Dining
  3. Log in with your KSU email address and password
  4. Select "Non Residential Meal Plan Purchase"
    Select your Access Plan
  5. At check out, select 'KSUID', then 'Add Credit card'. Make sure your card is selected as the payment method prior to continuing.
  6. Please note your Meal Plan will be active on your account for use about 30 minutes after initial purchase.
