Download the Grubhub app to place orders on your phone using Dining Dollars, KCash or credit/debit for pick up at these locations. You can also use your Meal Plan entries to order Combo Meals or Dining Dollars for à la carte fare from High Point Café and Revolution Pizza Express.

Using Grubhub

New Accounts

Follow the instructions below to set up a new Grubhub account.

  1. Download the Grubhub app
  2. Select "Get Started" to set up your account
  3. Place your pickup order during regular business hours
  4. Pre-pay using Dining Dollars, KCash, a Meal Plan entry, or a credit/debit card
  5. Pick up your order with ease

Pre-existing Accounts

To add the KSU Campus and link your Meal Plan entries, Dining Dollars and KCash to an existing Grubhub account:

  1. Navigate to the "My Grubhub" screen
  2. Click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner
  3. Select "Campus Dining"
  4. Click the "Find Your Campus" button
  5. Search for "Kennesaw State University" in the search bar
  6. Click the "Add Affiliation" button
  7. Select the category that pertains to your status on campus
  8. Click the "Add Campus Card" button
  9. Enter your KSU email address and password
  10. Click the "Sign In" button
  11. Complete Duo authentication
  12. Once your campus card is confirmed, click "Ok"

Chick-fil-A Pick Up

When you pick up your Grubhub order at Chick-fil-A:

  1. Look for the check-in sign
  2. Open your order status in the Grubhub app and press the "check-in" button
  3. Tap your phone on the sign when prompted
  4. Get in line when you see your order number on the digital screen, indicating that your order is ready
  5. Enjoy your meal!

To contact Grubhub for account or app issues, navigate to the "My Grubhub" screen and click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner. Select "Help" under the "Support" heading, then select "Billing, Payments and Refunds." To chat with a Grubhub representative, select "Need More Help?" and then push the "Chat with a Care Agent" button.
