  • Educators of Tomorrow (EOT) is a student organization dedicated to connecting future educators with valuable resources, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive community. Open to all education majors and those interested in teaching, EOT helps members build their network, engage with experienced educators, and prepare for their careers.

  • Black Teachers Matter (BTM) is a student organization at Kennesaw State University dedicated to celebrating and uplifting Black education. Led by a passionate team of faculty mentors, BTM provides a space for future educators to engage in meaningful discussions, build community, and challenge systemic norms in education.

    Through campus events, research initiatives, and service projects, BTM supports student success and fosters connections that extend beyond graduation. With national recognition and impactful programs like the Black Teacher Summit and the annual Sankofa Celebration, BTM continues to empower Black educators and create lasting change in the field of education.

    The mission of Bloom (Bagwell Ladies Organization of Mentoring) is to promote sistership and connection among elementary education majors.  The newest Registered Student Organization within the Bagwell College, Bloom was launched in the summer of 2024 to create a safe and welcoming community for teacher candidates to grow personally and professionally, share best practices, and advocate for educational equity and innovation.

    Bloom is dedicated to empowering, inspiring, and supporting its members along the journey toward excellence in teaching and learning. Through collaboration, mentorship, and lifelong learning, the members of Bloom strive to elevate each other in sistership.  

    Active members of Bloom are required to pay dues, attend meetings, and maintain a 2.75 grade point average.  Active members may serve in leadership roles and have access to organization events, teaching materials and ideas, and study resources.  While the “L” in the name of the group stands for “Ladies,” Bloom is open to all students as stated in the KSU Non-Discrimination Statement, which is based on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  

  • The Call Me MISTER® program at Kennesaw State University’s Bagwell College of Education is dedicated to increasing the number of male educators of color in elementary and middle schools. With a mission to cultivate a diverse and highly qualified teacher workforce, this nationally recognized program provides mentorship, leadership development, and financial support to future educators.

    Through a commitment to servant leadership and community impact, Call Me MISTER® empowers students to become role models who inspire the next generation.
