Learn to Teach with Instructional Technology
Specializing in instructional technology and design, iTeach coaches create engaging, hands-on professional development opportunities for schools and districts with student outcomes in mind. We strive to make the learning objectives realistic, sustainable, and meaningful. Our background in blended and personalized learning means that every workshop or session is developed with a variety of learner backgrounds and experience in mind.
Face-to-face or virtual, we work with:
- entire faculty and staff
- large groups (district/school admin, grade levels, departments, etc)
- small groups and/or individuals
Examples of Professional Development experiences:
1. New Teacher/Coach Bootcamp
- We created and hosted a week-long, virtual bootcamp for the Mississippi DOE to onboard 40 newly hired instructional coaches as a part of the statewide Mississippi Connects Initiative.
2. PD Cycles (usually monthly - PD delivered and then followed up with weekly coaching to reinforce)
- We created and aligned monthly PD Cycles with district Learning and Teaching goals for Fulton County Schools so that every school in the district (96 total) had the opportunity to participate in this highly engaging and meaningful professional learning.
3. Makey-Makey Certified Educator Workshop
- We partnered with Makey-Makey to provide workshops that fully engulf participants in the learning process so that everyone leaves with their own Makey-Makey, as well as the knowledge of how to use and incorporate it in their classroom and the confidence to use it knowing that they are Certified Makey-Makey Educators.
