The departments and entities under Campus Services work together to provide the essentials of campus life and exceptional customer service to the University’s students, faculty, staff and visiting guests. Campus Services includes the departments listed below.
The KSU Bookstore provides educational resources, spirit wear, technology from OwlTEC (an Apple-Authorized Campus Store) and more from their two convenient locations.
Campus Postal Services manages the delivery, collection and processing of all interoffice and U.S. Postal
Service mail on campus.
Central Receiving and Distribution (CRD) processes delivery items, packages and freight orders to on-campus warehouses.
Door Access oversees access to all electronic and mechanical locks across both campuses.
Housing and Residence Life is responsible for 10 on-campus residence halls at KSU, and oversees all functions
of the residential communities that serve 5,900 students who live on campus.
The Market is an on-campus convenience store with grab-and-go snacks and drinks in three locations.
Parking and Transportation manages parking facilities and the Big Owl Bus service.
Printing Services supports the copy, print, scan and fax needs of the University, including the Campus Print Shop, a full-service print and shipping store inside the Carmichael Student Center.
Student Health Services, managed by WellStar Medical Group, provides students with comprehensive primary
care at three on-campus clinics.
Talon Card Services oversees the official KSU ID, the Talon Card, which gives access to buildings, services and events on campus.
The Talon One Service Center is a customer service hub for people with questions concerning Campus Services and
its affiliated departments.
KSU’s award-winning University Dining operates two full-service dining halls, which are complemented by some of your favorite
quick-service restaurants, and KSU Hospitality Services.
Vending Services offers beverage and snack vending in convenient locations on campus

Community and Professional Education
Community and Professional Education offers courses for personal development and professional advancement in high-demand
fields. CPE provides professional certificate programs in Business & Management, Computer-Aided
Design, Culinary, Data Science and Analytics, Legal, Marketing and many other areas
of focus. CPE also offers personal enrichment classes in Art, Cooking, Finance, Health
and Fitness, Photography, Travel and more. CPE has several online and self-paced course
options, summer camp programs, and intensive English programs as well. |

Event and Venue Management
The Office of Event and Venue Management is responsible for event planning for Kennesaw State University as well as managing
the sports and entertainment park. They support the University's mission through event
engagement for both internal and external audiences. |

Fiscal Services oversees Procurement & Payment Services, Budget, Financial Aid, Bursar, Auxiliary Finance, Payroll and Financial Reporting. Fiscal Services is responsible for safeguarding and managing the University's assets, ensuring financial data integrity, and supporting the goals outlined in the University’s strategic plan. |

The Office of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for the oversight of the university's
strategic planning efforts, ensuring alignment between the university, divisional,
and college objectives. The office is also responsible for project management, change
management, and process improvement initiatives within the Administration and Finance
division. |
