Want some meal options that don’t include a paper bag and extra napkins? Why not learn some cooking tips for those busy days or when the money is tight? A KSU dietitian will show you how to cook some basic meals whether you have a full kitchen, a common kitchen in the dorm, or just a microwave in the lobby. And, as always, there will be snacks! Do you worry about cooking meat? Is it done? Is it safe? We will be making some quick, budget-friendly options to help you get it right. QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) are three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.
