Bootcamp - OwlFit Group Fitness
Bootcamp is an interval training workout, using moderate-high intensity exercises that help you develop physical and mental stamina. Bootcamp will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, total body strength, and core endurance.Paddleboard Clinic in the Pool
During the 2-hour clinic, participants will learn essential safety tips, basic strokes, and a few fun moves that can all be done on flatwater.
