Put your leadership into practice and demonstrate your abilities for securing leadership roles, internships and jobs with the Leadership Endorsement Series. Each leadership series endorsement allows for an official DSL endorsement upon completion along with a digital letter of recognition, a lapel pin and additional rewards for students!

The Engaged Leader Endorsement
This endorsement helps students build an understanding of who they are as leaders and connects them with the tools within themselves to be successful. Workshops and modules include:
- Everyone Leads
- Personal Values
- Strengths
- Identity
- Personal Visioning/Goal Setting
- Individual Leadership Plan

The Team Leader Endorsement
This endorsement develops student leaders who want to develop the skills and knowledge to lead teams and work effectively with others. Workshops and modules include:
- Five Practices of Leadership
- Effective Communication/Listening
- Conflict
- Building Diverse Teams
- Building Dynamic Teams: Trust
- Motivating the Middle

The Impact Leader
This endorsement serves as the roadmap for students who want to put their leadership into practice through leadership positions or community service activities. Students will share a capstone presentation and receive graduation cords to mark them as Impact Leaders.
- Prerequisites: Completion of the Engaged Leader and Team Leader Endorsements
