Military & Veteran Student Status Policy
KSU acknowledges and deeply values the significant contributions of our Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard members, as well as their dependents, in service to our nation. We recognize that these students may occasionally be called upon to fulfill their military obligations, including training or short-term deployments, which may result in their temporary absence from classes. These absences are classified as "excused absences," signifying that, with appropriate documentation, they will not lead to academic penalties.
Learn how you can collaborate to establish mutually agreeable arrangements for completing coursework during such periods of absence!
