Online Tutoring

Remote tutoring is offered through Microsoft Teams. An appointment is required, and can be made through Microsoft Bookings at the CLUE Center's Bookings page.

Creating an appointment requires your KSU email address and Banner ID (the nine-digit number).

The list of available courses, as well as the schedule for tutoring availability, can be found on both the CLUE homepage page and the Bookings page.

In-Person Tutoring

In person-tutoring is offered on a drop in basis in room G 237 of the Engineering Lab.

The schedule for tutoring availability is given for each course on the CLUE homepage.

Appointments

The CLUE Center offers online tutoring by appointment. Face-to-face tutoring is offered on a drop-in basis in room 306 of the Engineering Technology Center.

Follow these instructions to request an appointment. 

  1. Create an appointment through EAB.
    1. On the Student Home page, click the "Schedule an Appointment" button on the right side.
    2. Choose "Tutoring" as the type of appointment in the first drop-down menu.
    3. Choose "EET Tutoring" as the Service Category in the second drop-down menu.
    4. Choose "Course-based Tutoring" in the third drop-down menu.
    5. Click "Next."
    6. For the location drop-down menu, select "EET Peer Mentoring."
    7. Select the course for which you want tutoring.
    8. Click 'Next' unless you want to work with a specific tutor, in which case you should select her name in the final drop-down before clicking 'Next
    9. For selecting a session time, note that while the appointments are shown as lasting just five minutes, they can run all the way until the end of the tutor's shift.
  2. Accept the invitation received via email (@students.kennesaw.edu).
  3. Click the Join Teams meeting link on the Outlook calendar event.

Email- and/or phone-based tutoring also is available as an alternative to video conferencing.
