Override Request Form

Please read these notes before submitting a request.

1. Complete this form in its entirety.  If any section is left blank, the request will not be processed.
2. You will receive an email once your request has been approved or denied.
3. Approved repeat course overrides will be granted on the last Monday of the registration period that ends prior to the first day of classes.
