Military Transfer Credit

Students must submit official AARTS or SMART transcripts and the Military Transfer Credit Agreement Form to the Office of the Registrar. Graduation, Audit, Transfer and Evaluation Services (GATES).

  • Student completes the Military Transfer Credit Agreement Form.

  • Student submits the Military Transfer Credit Agreement Form and AARTS or SMART transcripts in person, via email to militarycredit@kennesaw.edu, by fax: 678-747-6947

  • Review of credit is completed by the Transfer Evalutation team in the Office of the Registrar.

  • Only coursework or experience that might be applicable towards the pursued degree will be awarded credit.

  • Once a decision has been made, it cannot be reversed due to the amount of transfer credit determining financial aid eligibility, including both federal and state aid.

Undergraduate Admissions Enrollment Specialist for Transfer and Adult Learners
Nichole Bryant is an Enrollment Specialist in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions working specifically with transfer and adult learners.
