Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is designed for those with little or no prior experience in Continuous Improvement. The program is an introduction to the tools and techniques of Lean and the DMAIC methodology of Six Sigma. DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) refers to a data-driven problem-solving approach that can be applied across all industries. Lean refers to the waste reduction tools and principles made famous by Toyota. LSS Green Belt participants learn the framework for solving problems and improving processes in a variety of hands-on projects and activities.  During the program, participants will complete at least 3 LSS projects and leave the program with the tools needed to solve real world problems.
