Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
The KSU Lean Six Sigma Black curriculum builds upon the material covered in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program.  In a general way, the Green Belt program focuses on the process and tools for problem solving and lean DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) while the Black Belt program focuses on the data analysis side of problem solving. In addition, a powerful methodology for innovation and design thinking will be introduced called DMADV.  The Black Belt program also introduces the statistical software Minitab*, a commonly used statistical package by the Lean Sigma community.
