Zumba - OwlFit Group Fitness
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting environment. Based on the principles that a workout should be "fun and easy to do." Taekwondo is a martial art and combat sport from South Korea where the name translates to “The way of the foot and the fist.” Get ready to learn how to kick from all angles and positions while developing great flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance in your lower body.
