Kennesaw State recognizes student leadership and programming with the annual awards ceremony
The Division of Student Affairs hosted its 10th annual Student Leadership Awards on April 21 at the Carmichael Student Center, honoring exceptional students for their commitment to serving and bettering the KSU community.
This year’s awards committee received more than 365 nominations across individual student, program, and student organization categories. The event also recognized this academic year’s Scrappy’s Bucket List completers, along with Student Volunteerism and Service’s OwlsServe Awards for students who reached significant service hour milestones.
“There is a vibrant culture of involvement here at KSU—both in and out of the classroom that permeates throughout the campus and beyond,” Dr Eric Arneson, the Vice President of Student Affairs, said. “Each of these organizations has made an impact. While we directly recognize the efforts of those organizations nominated, we also want to acknowledge that all student groups at Kennesaw State University have done impactful work this year.”
Student Affairs is proud to recognize all this year’s Student Leadership Award winners. These students and organizations have made a lasting impact on campus. Congratulations to all who were nominated and to those who received awards.
