UHC Voluntary Enrollment
Voluntary students are now able to enroll in the Student Health Insurance plan by going to UHCSR.com and searching in the text box for Kennesaw State University. Once on the schools UHCSR homepage, they will find the voluntary enrollment tile and on that page there will be a “Get Started” link. From there the student will fill out the required information for enrollment through the UHCSR website.
UHCSR reduced the creation of paper enrollment forms in an effort to become more green. Students should use the UHCSR site for voluntary enrollment. The deadline to register for the voluntary plan for Fall 2025 will be available by September 19, 2025.
Enrollment dates for the 2025-2026 Academic Year:

UHC Qualifying Life Event Form
Use the below form if you have experienced a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) and wish to enroll in the SHIP plan for the remainder of the current coverage period. Examples of QLEs are a change in marital status, birth of a child, job loss or loss of coverage due to age.
