Recipients that discover internal or external damage or missing contents must report the issue to the carrier, shipper or sender. Campus Postal Services can assist you if necessary but the original shipper must handle all claims. Recipients are advised not to discard any packaging as the carrier or shipper may wish to inspect the item.

Should Campus Postal Services not receive a package you are expecting, please obtain the carrier and tracking number information and fill out the missing package form below. This information is required to assist in locating lost or missing packages.

Students without a KSU ID number will not receive an email. Students will also not receive an email for items when addressed to:

  • A nickname
  • In care of second party
  • Items addressed to a parent
