Planning, Design and Construction/ Environmental Health and Safety (PDC&EHS) is a system of units that support the effective and safe use of KSU space to enable world class learning and research. Our team of skilled professionals is equipped to ensure that our buildings and overall environment meet the needs of our diverse and thriving community. Our Departments

Campus Planning & Real Estate

Oversees the master and capital planning of the KSU Campus. Acquires and manages campus property assets.
Design & Construction

Manages construction and renovation projects.
Environmental Health & Safety

Maintains safe teaching, learning, living and working environments
Interior Design

Responsible for university interior design, furniture, finishes, and signage standards and projects.
Space Management

Ensures campus spaces are allocated in alignment with the University's mission
