Visiting Scholar Form

Visiting scholars with KSU IDs must complete this online form to have borrowing privileges and access to online resources with the KSU Library System.

Visiting scholars are permitted to borrow materials from the KSU Library System during their visit to the University. Visiting scholars are responsible for any fines and fees incurred. The Host Department Chair will be emailed to verify the information and then the Library will create the visiting scholar’s account and provide access to online resources.

The visiting scholar must present their KSU ID at the Sturgis or Johnson Library Check-out Desk to complete their account.
