Join us for our monthly "LIL Bites" series, where tiny yet impactful activities are designed to nurture your leadership skills. Plus, savor the delightful treat of Little Bites muffins while you engage in each session! Join us for an interactive and reflective workshop designed to deepen your understanding of identity and leadership. This event will guide you through meaningful activities to explore how your identities influence your values and leadership style. Start by creating a unique keychain using different colors, each representing your understanding of various aspects of identity. Then, dive deeper into self-awareness with the Positionality Wheel. This reflective tool helps you think critically about how your intersecting identities shape your values, actions, and approach to leadership. Through guided discussion, discover how your unique positionality influences your ability to lead authentically and inclusively. The LIL Bites are based on the Leap into Leadership (LIL) Endorsement series by the Department of Student Leadership.
