The University System of Georgia (USG) is excited to announce a new self-service portal that you can visit for all of your service needs:. Using this new self-service portal, you can:

  • Search the new OneUSG Connect Knowledge Base for answers to questions you have.
  • Locate job aids that were on the OneUSG Connect and KSU Management Self Service (MSS) websites.
  • Submit a service request for help.
