Establishing a Schedule for Rotations

Mentor pairs are expected to meet at least once a month to discuss program goals and progress. This can be on whatever schedule the mentor pairs choose. In addition to these meetings, each mentee will rotate through two of the departments within the Administration and Finance Division. Each rotation will last 4 months. Each rotation will be approximately 8 hours in total and can be broken up into whatever schedule the division head and mentee pair determine.

In addition to the training provided in the kickoff meeting, we will have Additional training and events throughout the program.
