  • KSU offers a low-cost membership to an employee and family member exclusive fitness center, featuring a variety of equipment, locker rooms, group fitness classes, and personal training sessions with EFC staff members. Separate memberships are also available for the Dr. Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation and Activities Center and the Marietta Campus Recreation & Wellness Center.

  • Use EMS to reserve and schedule rooms and spaces on campus for meetings and events. Events created in EMS can be searched by date, event category, or organization.

  • KSUmail (Outlook powered by Exchange) is the email and collaboration system used at KSU for students, faculty, and staff. KSUmail includes access to Office 365, Microsoft’s suite of cloud enabled productivity software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud storage using OneDrive. Login to KSUmail using your full NetID@kennesaw.edu email address and your NetID password at ksumail.kennesaw.edu.

  • The KSU Service Desk assists with the University’s information technology services. Faculty and staff can contact the KSU Service Desk at 470-578-699 or at service@kennesaw.edu. Walk-up KSU Service Desk locations and hours are available online.

  • The KSU AiM system process campus facilities requests. This includes office and equipment surplus, cleaning requests, temperature adjustments, and general facility maintenance.

  • Your NetID is your unique username used in combination with a password to access many technology services at the University, including email, wireless networks, D2L Brightspace, and many others. Never share your NetID and password with anyone
    including supervisors.

  • New HR employees should use the Human Resources New Employee Checklist to ensure all pertinent topics are covered with their manager.
  • All KSU employees must complete New Employee General Safety Training prior to beginning regular job duties at the University. This course is available online through OwlTrain after activating your NetID.
  • OneUSG Connect is the self-service payroll and benefits tool for recording work, sick, and vacation hours; registering for employee benefits; and viewing pay and tax information.

  • The Office of the CIO offers hands-on technology workshops, group training, and one-on-one support for many campus technologies and services. Workshop registration is facilitated through OwlTrain, which also features thousands of self-paced training modules.

  • Card Services issues parking permits in the student centers at both campuses. All employees must make a parking permit selection; several parking options are available, some with a mandatory parking fee.
