If you have an error happening in any FYE course or module, report the error severity and location of the negative experience. Please try to explain the error in question to the best of your ability as well as providing a copy and paste of the error in the text box further down. 

Submit your error as soon as you see it happen. Please note that reporting an error does not grant you an exemption from meeting the posted deadlines for quizzes and assignments.
