Mission
Kennesaw State University Trademark Licensing program protects the reputation and goodwill of Kennesaw State University through the control and appearance of its name and indicia’s in the marketplace and elsewhere. It promotes and advances Kennesaw State University by keeping its name and indicia’s in the public eye and through the association of reputable vendors who provide quality goods and services. The revenue generated from the sale of licensed merchandise help to fund university initiatives and scholarships.
KSU Trademarks
KSU has registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). KSU’s trademarks are listed and displayed on the trademark licensing official logo sheet. As indicated on the logo sheet, any use of the KSU trademarks requires licensing approval from KSU and The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).
