KENNESAW, Ga. | Sep 11, 2020
Kennesaw State University is setting up centers on its Kennesaw and Marietta campuses to provide access to flu shots to the campus community.
Health experts across the country have recommended that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year more than ever, getting a flu shot is a critical step in helping to keep communities safer during the fall and winter months.
“In addition to the safety and sanitation protocols that KSU has already put in place to combat COVID-19, it is critical to provide students, faculty and staff with a safe and convenient way to get a flu vaccine. It is an important next step towards doing our part to keep our campus as safe and healthy as possible,” said KSU President Pamela Whitten.
In coordination with Wellstar Health System, flu shots will be available exclusively to KSU students on the dates and at the locations below on both campuses. Students will need their Talon Card in order to be provided with the vaccine. Information can also be found at: https://studenthealth.kennesaw.edu or https://studentaffairs.kennesaw.edu.
