Atlanta Braves’ “The Freeze” shares degree experience

The University College Podcast Network at Kennesaw State University released a new episode highlighting the integrative studies program, one of the university’s most popular degree programs.

The episode features interviews with Kate Schaab, coordinator for integrative studies, and Nigel Talton, a 2017 integrative studies alumnus. Schaab shed some light on what the integrative studies program is, how it can help students graduate and some career paths that can be explored. Talton, who now works for the Atlanta Braves as “The Freeze,” a character who races against fans, discusses his experiences at KSU and how they helped him professionally after graduation.
