Softball earns trip to national tournament; Track and Field tops ASUN

Three teams from Kennesaw State won their respective ASUN conference championships this week.

Softball: ASUN Tournament Champions

A four-run second inning sparked the Kennesaw State softball team to an 8-4 victory over USC Upstate and the ASUN Conference Championship title Sunday at Patricia Wilson Field on the campus of Stetson University.

The Owls (39-15) secured the conference's automatic berth to the Division I Softball Championship, the first in program history.

Men's Track and Field: Owls Six-Peat at ASUN Outdoor Championships

The Kennesaw State men's track and field team won its sixth consecutive ASUN Conference Outdoor team championship on Saturday, May 12 at Hodges Stadium on the campus of the University of North Florida. This win is the program's ninth ASUN Outdoor title.
