Forum marks official opening of School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding and Development
A panel discussion marking the official opening of Kennesaw State University’s School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding and Development (SCMPD) will feature Gary White, CEO and co-founder with Matt Damon of Water.org, which has helped more than 10 million people worldwide gain access to clean, safe water.
What:
The forum is part of the opening ceremony for the SCMPD, a unit of Kennesaw State’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences. In addition to White, the forum, titled “Educating Future Leaders: Developing Peace and Inspiring Change,” brings together thought leaders in the areas of conflict management, peacebuilding and development, the school’s three pillars. The public is invited to attend.
