KSU lecturer: 'I would give a D' as grade for MARTA management
A confidential report finds that MARTA continued to pay for a multimillion-dollar contract even though the contractor wasn't doing the work.
This is the third time whistleblowers have given Channel 2 reports that are highly critical of MARTA. Even though they focus on IT problems, they suggest a broader problem of mismanagement.
"Their disaster recovery is a disaster. They don't really have a plan," said Andy Green, a lecturer of information security and assurance at Kennesaw State University. Green has reviewed all the MARTA reports obtained by WSB.
