KSU professor has dedicated career to Holocaust remembrance music
Laurence Sherr, professor of music and Composer-in-Residence at Kennesaw State University, has dedicated his career to sharing the musical history of the Holocaust.
Sherr was the featured musician of the day on "Performance Today." The program showcased "Myr Zaynen Do!" ("We Are Here!"), a piece written by Sherr that borrows melodies from several Jewish resistance songs.
