The Summer 2025 Housing Application will open on Monday, March 3.
Students must be enrolled as a full-time student (6 credit hours) for summer classes to be eligible for summer housing. The cost of summer housing will be $1400 for the duration of the summer term. If you are interested in applying, please visit the Housing Portal.
Please note students currently living in Academic Year and Summer communities (Austin Residence Complex, University Columns, University Commons, and University Courtyard) do not need to apply for summer housing.
If you are a current KSU Place resident, renewed your room for the 2025-26 Academic Year and wish to stay on campus through the summer, you must apply for summer housing and pay the $1400 summer housing fee. You do not need to be enrolled in summer classes full time if you are a renewed KP resident.
