Inventing New Companies Program
The Inventing New Companies program at Kennesaw State University is making more than $120,000 annually in startup capital available to students and recent alumni with exciting, tech-based business ideas.
This opportunity is possible thanks to tech entrepreneurs Sid and Sophie Mookerji, who contributes $120,000 annually to create the Mookerji Innovation Fund. The Robin and Doug Shore Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center created the INC program to manage the fund, with the goal of:
- supporting new business ventures with up to $30,000 each in capital,
- providing consulting and business development services through the Entrepreneurship Center, and
- connecting student/alumni with Industry Mentors
If you believe you’ve got a one-of-a-kind business idea, attend an info session to find out how to apply for the INC program and to learn what support projects will receive and how their progress will be monitored.
