Spring 2025
Education Job Fair
January 28, 2025, from 3pm- 6pm ET, in-person in the Carmichael Student Center in the Univeristy Rooms
Each Fall semester, we invite many of the nation's top employers and organizations to the Kennesaw campus to showcase KSU's brightest students and alumni for full-time, & part-time positions.
This event is not just for jobs in education roles. Schools and organizations are also recruiting for several other majors and positions. Students of all majors and class levels are encouraged to attend.
NOTE: By registering, you are expressing your request to attend, and this does not guarantee your approval. We must consider many factors for approval to meet the needs of our 180+ majors. Once 'Approved', you will be sent your invoice and logistics details. A 'pending' status means you are not yet approved and may be on a waiting list.

February 25, 26, and 27, 2025, 11 am – 3 pm ET,in person at the Marietta Gymnasium/ Event Center
Each Fall & Spring semester, we invite many of the nation's top companies to the Marietta campus in order to showcase KSU's brightest students and alumni for internship, co-op, full-time, & part-time positions.
This fair is primarily for employers seeking to hire students for opportunities in STEM and other related roles and interests. Students and Alumni from all majors are encouraged to attend, however, the majority are from the below colleges:
Architecture & Construction Management
Computing & Software Engineering
Science & Mathematics
Engineering & Engineering Technology
Employers can choose to attend ONE of the three days to recruit our students and alumni seeking roles in science, technology, engineering, math, and other related fields and interests. Please be sure to only register for your preferred day. Please note the suggested day for your targeted majors as it has been updated:

This event is for companies to recruit for jobs and internships in all majors and industries. Students of all majors and class levels are encouraged to attend.

Each Fall & Spring semester, we invite Public Service, Government, and Non-Profit entities to connect with students for opportunities in the humanities, social sciences, liberal arts, and more.

*There is no cost to participate in this fair, but registration will be limited to only employers and organizations who represent opportunities in public service, government, and non-profits.
Virtual career fairs on Handshake give you the opportunity to meet students and alumni
through video sessions. You can connect in 30-minute group sessions and 10-minute
1:1s.
The Schedule Owner of the fair will create the schedule and send it out to other representatives

What video and audio requirements are needed to participate in virtual fairs?
The Audio and Video is hosted within Handshake using a platform called Twilio. No additional programs are required - Just Handshake. You can see a list of requirements and test your connectivity.
How do I register for a Job & Internship Fair in Handshake?
View the list of upcoming fairs at the top of this page, and then click on “Job Fair Fees & Registration Details” under the desired fair. Click the Handshake hyperlink to login to your Handshake account. A step by step guide for registering can be found onHandshake’s Support Page.
How many students are expected to attend?
he larger Job & Internship Fairs (STEM and All Majors) have between 800-1,500 students
who attend. The smaller Job & Internship Fairs (Accounting, Education, & other smaller
segments) have between 100-500.
Can I get a resume book for students that attend the Job & Internship Fairs?
Employers can download resumes via Handshake for all students who have uploaded a resume and interacted with the
company via applying to a job/interview schedule, RSVP'ed for an employer hosted event,
or signed up for a session with the employer at a virtual fair.
For on-campus fairs, yes. We will provide network and password on the day of the event.
Will I have access to electricity at my booth?
Electricity at each of our on-campus fairs is limited. When registering for the fair,
you will have the option to purchase access to electricity at your booth. It is provided
on a first- come, first-served basis based on your registration date and availability.
If you are approved for a spot with electricity, you are required to bring an extension
cord as we do NOT provide them for you. If you are not sure if you requested electricity
or your request has changed, please reach out to Sheri Blight (sheri.blight@kennesaw.edu).
