Kennesaw State University is consistently striving for excellence in Academics and Operational Efficiencies. In addition to the work of developing strategic initiatives that align to the University's strategic plan and budget, the Department of Strategic Management will work with administrative units to ensure department service expectations are established for administrative divisions* across campus and administer a cycle of process review to help units find efficiencies. This process will allow the University to meet the requirements of SACSCOC standard 7.3 (administrative effectiveness).
