The University System of Georgia (USG) requires all KSU employees to complete Cybersecurity Awareness Training twice annually. The Fall 2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Training deadline is Oct. 31.

 

The training is available on KnowBe4, the USG's cybersecurity training platform. You can access it via the link included in the email you received from donotreply@know.be4.com on Sept. 1 with the subject line [EXTERNAL] You've been enrolled in the Fall 2024 Cybersecurity Awareness Training. 

In-Person Training
Employees who do not want to take the training online or do not have access to a computer are invited to attend one of the following in-person sessions:

Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 10 a.m. in Clendenin Building, Room 1009 (Kennesaw)
Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 10 a.m. in J. M. Wilson Student Center, Room A216 (Marietta)
Departmental Training by Request
In addition, UITS Office of Cybersecurity staff will be happy to facilitate departmental training sessions by request. Sessions can be conducted via Microsoft Teams or in person. Please submit all requests by Oct. 7 via the KSU Service Desk.

 

Whether you choose to complete this training online or in person, your participation helps safeguard the information we are entrusted with and is sincerely appreciated.

Supervisors: Track Your Teams' Status
Supervisors, follow these steps to track the training status of your employees:

Log in to Owl Express.
Select the Employee Services tab.
Select Training Dashboard.

Tuesday, Oct. 22, from 10–10:30 a.m. in the J.M. Wilson Student Center, room A216 (Marietta)
