Orientation
Freshman Orientation Sign-Up
All new freshman undergraduate students are required to attend a New Student Orientation session.
To sign up for a Freshman Orientation session:
- Step One: Log in to the orientation sign-up system.
You will use your KSU NetID, password, and Duo Mobile authentication to log in to our sign-up system.

- NOTE: Students can sign up for orientation 48 hours after being accepted to KSU. You may receive a system error if you attempt to sign up before this time.
- Step Two: Complete your reservation.
The sign-up system uses a task list feature to help you prepare for your orientation session. Use the “Sign Up for Orientation” section of your Task List to complete your orientation reservation. The reservation form takes most students about 10 minutes to complete. - Step Three: Complete payment.
Payment is completed at the end of the reservation form. Your session will not be confirmed until all payment details have been received on the payment page. All payments must be made online through the orientation sign-up system linked above; no physical checks or cash are accepted. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your payment has been received. Note: Orientation fees are non-refundable. - Step Four: Prepare for orientation!
Use the task list in the orientation sign-up system to complete all required tasks before your session. An email reminder, including a schedule, session logistics, and more, will be sent within 72 hours before your scheduled session date. Need to change your information or session date? Select “My Reservation” in your task list to change or edit your session details.
