Georgia Highlands College (GHC) has a Memorandum of Understanding with Kennesaw State University for the GHC Program at Marietta Campus. GHC students whose main campus is Marietta pay a KSU mandatory fee and receive a KSU ID for printing and other services on the campus.

GHC Marietta students have the same borrowing privileges as KSU students, with the exception of interlibrary loan services. Privileges include being able to check out books and general reserve items such as laptops and headphones. They must have a KSU ID and a KSU Library account created to check out reserve items. Items checked out under their KSU ID are subject to the same policies, fines, and fees as KSU students.

GHC Marietta students may contact reference librarians for research assistance and schedule one-on-one appointments from the online appointment request system. KSU librarians will also provide instruction for Marietta classes upon request from GHC faculty.

These privileges are restricted to GHC Marietta students who have received their KSU ID and to the Marietta Johnson Library. The privileges do not apply to all other GHC students and the Kennesaw Sturgis Library.

Special accommodations and requests may be directed to the Associate Dean and Director of Library Services, KSU Library System,  (470) 578-6186. Because of limited space on the Kennesaw Campus we appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this matter.

Note, all University System of Georgia (USG) students may use their home institution ID to
check out books at KSU Libraries and request items from other USG libraries through GIL
Express and pick them up at one of the KSU Libraries.
