Join Our Graduate Assistantship Programs

The Graduate College is pleased to offer Graduate Assistantships in the following categories:

  • Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA)
  • Graduate Research Assistant (GRA)
  • Graduate Assistant (GA)

A Graduate Assistantship provides valuable benefits for students, including a stipend and significant tuition reduction. This opportunity allows students to gain practical experience in their field while helping offset the cost of their education. Assistantships often offer unique professional development opportunities, enhancing both academic and career growth.

Hiring a Graduate Assistant (GA) offers faculty and staff at Kennesaw State valuable support for research, teaching, and professional projects. GAs bring specialized knowledge from their academic programs, allowing them to contribute meaningfully while gaining hands-on experience. By supervising a GA, faculty and staff members can focus on higher-level tasks, enhance research productivity, and foster the next generation of professionals.

By offering students a GA and hiring additional GAs, we hope to continue to strengthen KSU's commitment to graduate education and research excellence!
