Winter Weather Campus Update
Out of an abundance of caution, Kennesaw State University will move to modified operations on Tuesday, January 21. The fully online minor in Nutritional Science introduces you to the exciting and versatile study of human nutrition. In particular, you will gain a foundation of knowledge in nutrient chemistry, food systems, public health policies, nutrition education and the relationships between nutrition, health, disease and the human life cycle. A minor in Nutritional Science will benefit you in your pursuit of a career in food, health, fitness, medicine, hospitality, and other health-related professions and industries.
