Minor in Ethics

The Ethics Minor at KSU focuses on ethical theories and their applications to issues in personal, professional, and social contexts. This minor program examines current values and their place within society from a global perspective, focusing on issues of global inequality, cultural relativism, and the question of a global ethic. You will be prepared to offer solutions to concerns in the humanities, sciences, and professional areas, including business, medicine and education.

    Select 9 credit hours from the following:

    • PHIL 3110: Social and Political Philosophy
    • PHIL 3120: Philosophies of Peace
    • PHIL 3130: Feminist Philosophy

    Any directed studies course offered at KSU with content appropriate to ethics approved by Philosophy Coordinator.
