Robert S. Keyser - Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering
Robert S. Keyser is an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He received his Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee. His research interests include applying industrial engineering techniques, such as work measurement and human factors, in manufacturing and healthcare systems.

Dr. Lois Jordan is a Lecturer in KSU’s ISYE department, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics, quality management, Lean Six Sigma / process improvement, and Statistical Process Control. She is the Faculty Advisor for KSU’s chapter of Alpha Pi Mu – the national Industrial Engineering Honor Society. Dr. Jordan was the recipient of KSU’s College of Engineering E-Learning Award in 2023 and was named Outstanding Teacher by the College of Engineering in 2024.
