I need assistance with D2L. Do I need to contact the service desk?
Yes, the UITS Service Desk is the first line of support for D2L. If you have any instructional design or pedagogical questions, please contact us. -
I am an online faculty member. Who do I contact for after-hours technical support with D2L or another online learning tool?
Contact the Service Desk via email at service@kennesaw.edu or by phone at 470-578-6999. -
Does the DLI support part-time faculty?
Absolutely! Our college-designated instructional designers support ALL faculty members in their colleges. -
Why can't my students see their quiz grades in their D2L gradebook?
Double-check that you have checked the “Automatic export to gradebook” box in the Quiz Properties. If you need assistance with this, let us know. -
My D2L email sends a copy to my Outlook account. However, when I respond in Outlook, I get a message saying their response was undeliverable. Why?
D2L and Outlook are two separate email systems. You can only email people in D2L through the D2L email tool. You might consider stating your email policy in your syllabus.
