Program Student Learning Outcomes
The Program Student Learning Outcomes (PSLOs) represent the core objectives each program at KSU aims to achieve. Carefully crafted and approved by each department, these outcomes ensure that students successfully meet the learning goals of their chosen program upon completion. Accredited programs may slightly modify their PSLOs to best serve their audiences, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Course Syllabus Design
Faculty are required to update course syllabi each semester with current course information as it appears in OwlExpress and the University Catalog. Each syllabus should include the elements that are detailed on the KSU Syllabus Checklist. Each department will collect syllabi for each course section and verify the required elements are present.
At Kennesaw State, faculty members and students have access to a comprehensive set of policies and resources designed to support academic success and well-being. The Institutional Syllabus Policies, Procedures, and Resources serve as a central reference point, offering vital academic resources, guidelines for grade appeals, and essential student support services. Language at the link above is reviewed and updated annually, therefore it is encouraged that only the link be included on the syllabus to ensure students have access to the most current language.
