Hybrid Schools Society members must use this Session Submission Form to submit session proposals for the 2025 National Hybrid Schools Conference, April 24-26, 2025. 

Timeline for Session Submission Process

  • 10/01/2024 - Link to Session Submission Form sent to HSS Members
  • 11/01/2024 - Deadline for submission
  • 11/18/2024 - Notification of acceptance/decline via email AND if selected, request for co-facilitator information
  • 12/13/2024 - Accept/Decline offer to speak at conference

Guidelines for Session Submissions

  • Only current HSS Members are allowed to submit Session Submission Forms to be selected as a session presenter.
  • These sessions will take place on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel.
  • You may submit multiple forms for multiple sessions.
  • Sessions are 1-hour in length and typically have 2-4 facilitators.
  • Upon notification that you have been selected as a presenter, failure to formally accept the offer by December 13, 2024, will result in your removal from the list of presenters.
  • If chosen as a presenter, you will be provided with a special registration link for presenters only. Please DO NOT use any other link to register for the conference.
  • Should you choose to accept the offer to be a presenter, a lecture agreement will be sent for your signature, outlining the requested level of travel grant assistance. This must be finalized prior to the event.
  • We ask that presenters remain responsive to conference organizers to meet planning and execution deadlines.
