Dr. Horsey was featured in the March/April 2022 edition of the Engineering Georgia Magazine as one of the 50 most notable women. In this edition, Dr. Horsey was recognized as an industry professional who has significantly contributed to the built environment over the past 12 months.  She was recognized by peers for her leadership and contribution to construction education and underrepresented populations in the construction industry.
