Brand Ambassadors for Enrollment Services

KSU's Enrollment Services Brand Ambassador team is formed of diverse, devoted, and spirited students who volunteer their time and digital presence to promote the University. Each member is hand-picked for their notable social engagement and spirit. Our team volunteers at events, including Open Houses, creates social media content, and participates in on-campus endeavors.

Brand Ambassadors serve as a voice for the student body and an authentic representation of the Kennesaw State experience. Our team represents many studies and colleges within KSU and includes representatives from many different organizations, extra-curriculars, and on-campus jobs. Their experiences and genuine school spirit are shared with both current and incoming students to promote Owl Nation.

Mission Statement

Our mission as the Kennesaw State University (KSU) Enrollment Services Brand Ambassador Team is to grow into a strong and reliable group of people, spread spirit and knowledge across our campuses, and promote KSU's brand to the student body and community. All of this is achieved through collaboration, communication, and creative initiative, specifically through social media efforts and campus events.

FAQs

How are Brand Ambassadors recruited?

Brand Ambassadors are recruited through their personal social media, specifically Instagram. Our team notes accounts who are active in tagging us, liking, and commenting on our posts, and generally supporting KSU initiatives. While our program is invite-only, you can express your interest by filling out a quick Interest Form.
What are the requirements to be a Brand Ambassador? 

Each Brand Ambassador reviews and commits to our program requirements annually. Overall, Brand Ambassadors must meet post requirements and agree to keep their social accounts public, appropriate, and KSU-positive. Other requirements include helping with division-specific initiatives and attending monthly meetings.  
What social accounts do Brand Ambassadors support? 

Brand Ambassadors regularly support social accounts related to KSU Enrollment Services but are also encouraged to promote other KSU accounts they find helpful, interesting, or want to support. 
Can current students become Brand Ambassadors?

Yes, current students can become Brand Ambassadors! However, most of our open spots are reserved for incoming first-year students.  
Are Brand Ambassadors paid positions? 

We have one student assistant who serves as Lead Brand Ambassador and is in a paid student assistant position, but that is the only Brand Ambassador who receives monetary compensation. The rest of the team operates as an organization with non-monetary rewards or compensation.  
What are the benefits of being a Brand Ambassador?
